the rulers are made with two Windows, a large 11 mm and the other 30 mm: the narrowest window shows a line of text to large fonts or two lines of text to small fonts. Novice players are often useful to the small window, because the focus is contained and is easier to keep the sign and not skip rows. The focus may be restricted further by attaching a small piece of paper on the matte side of the ruler, so that all the words, except those in the line, are completely ruled out of focus.
